2. Enrollment and Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment plan before commencement.

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

• Prices are subject to change but will not affect courses already booked and paid for.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before a course start date qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date may incur a partial refund or no refund depending on the circumstance.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all sessions.

• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, and resources provided by Amidles are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Liability

• Amidles is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our courses, except where required by law.

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing during physical or online sessions.

7. Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to this data handling.

• Amidles reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
